A Revelation
Yesterday I had a revelation of sorts.
Of course, me being me, I had to get to pretty much my lowest before this could happen.
I had had the (half) week from hell. Whilst it doesn’t look that bad recounting it, all of those little things built up to make me feel the loneliest and worst I have felt in a very long time.

Just had a mild panic attack about how I’m going to fail my law subject.
Called my mum, she yelled at me, told me to stop being an idiot.
Feel better now.
Is it wierd that I’m more comforted by someone yelling at me, than by someone telling me it’ll all be ok? Maybe that’s where my disfunction comes from?

Feeling really sorry for myself
Was almost in tears at the start of the day because of fucking back.
Now i’m on about a gazzillion painkillers.
It’s times like these I miss having my mum in the same country/having a boyfriend/having someone to look after you when you’re in pain/sick.
I can’t deal with this much longer. I want to cut my back out.

Done my back in
Spent the last hour lying on my floor unable to get up.
Finally managed to and took strong painkillers.
Lying in bed now in absolute agony.
The whole thing made me realise that if it came down to it, my cat would totally eat me.

My grandparents are coming over and taking me to lunch.
Because of their visit I’m finally cleaning my house
